KNOWING HOW TO LIVE PROJECT
The project
In September 2019, the company Polpa Papéis started the “Saber Viver” project. With humanized management and objectives that consist of promoting healthy habits and health care for its employees, families and the community, it has been encouraging everyone to lead a healthier life through physical exercise, recycling and other habits capable of promoting well-being. .
The project's actions, in addition to meeting the organization's objectives, seek to guarantee the community as a whole a stable personal and professional life, with knowledge, happiness and harmony.
Aware that companies must also do their part, Polpa Papéis seeks to use its resources to carry out actions that seek to build/maintain a healthy culture, where harmonization between personnel and professionals is possible;
thus providing the opportunity for its professionals to create emotional bonds with the organization.

The “Espaço Polpa Saúde” was opened in January 2023, is located in Vila Polpa and available to all employees, family members and the community.
Thinking about the well-being of our employees and the community, it seeks to raise awareness and encourage regular physical activity, and include healthy habits and health care in their routines.
MOTHERS CLUB
On June 3, 2022, the headquarters of Clube Mães Dona Aurélia was inaugurated. Named in honor of Aurélia Battistella Dall'Asta, wife of the founder of Polpa, Lugindo Dall'Asta, mother of five children: Victor Hugo Dall'Asta (1947), Anemari Dall'Asta Machado (1949), César Augusto Dall'Asta ( 1950), Janemari Dall'Asta Lazzari (1957), Lugindo Dall'Asta Junior (1964); grandmother of 14 grandchildren and great-grandmother of 10 great-grandchildren, their care and affection transcended the love of family and reached all those who participated in the couple's endeavors.
She always cared for the health and well-being of the community, demanding that parents attend their children at school, and went from house to house teaching basic hygiene habits, including to women how to embroider.
Seeking to safeguard Dona Aurélia's legacy, Polpa created a space dedicated to women in our community, so that they can interact and exchange experiences, break out of their daily routine, and acquire knowledge, improving their skills.
The meetings are fortnightly, and in addition to leisure, women receive information about health, hygiene and courses to encourage crafts such as painting, crochet, embroidery, knitting and cooking.
HOME
To improve the quality of life of our employees and families, we understand how important it is to have a home, comfort and security to live in.
With this purpose, in 08/2023 we opened Vila Polpa, with housing designed with the respect and dignity that Polpa wants to provide to employees and their families.
Drivers Support House
It is a space dedicated to drivers, designed for their well-being. In this sense, the environment has a cozy space, so that, while waiting for your loading or unloading time, you can rest, have a coffee, prepare mate, etc.
The house has a full kitchen, bedroom, TV room, internet, two bathrooms, laundry and parking. A complete space for drivers who work with Pulpa to use while waiting for their appointment.
