At the moment
Today, Polpa Papéis has its brand consolidated in the market, has achieved FSC® and ISO 9001:2015 certification, has a team of 90 employees, and an installed production capacity of 2,000 tons/month. It uses 100% recycled raw materials and produces 80% of the energy it uses through hydroelectric generation.
Resumption of Operation as Paper Pulp - Maculatura Paper
In February 2017, the company restarted operations and took over as CEO, Rita de Fátima Pinto, with the challenge of recovering the company's viability and charting new directions. Wood Pulp is now called Paper Pulp and its production is dedicated to the manufacture of quality MACULATURA PAPER.

In a second stage, the Company began the production of Paraná Cardboard, intended for the manufacture of dishes and packaging.
Mechanical Paste
Pulpa de Madeiras was founded on December 26, 1958 by Lugindo Dall'Asta and João Santo Damo, in the city of Santa Cecília, in the central region of the State of Santa Catarina. Its initial location was strategically chosen, due to the abundance of wood and water, with the possibility of generating hydroelectric energy. Industrial activity initially focused on the production of mechanical pulp, supplying small paper factories in the region.

Factory
Our manufacturing area is in a privileged location in the Southern Region of Brazil, in the city of Santa Cecília/SC. It is in the center of the state of Santa Catarina, and among the capitals Florianópolis, Curitiba and Porto Alegre. Its location provides easy access to highways and ports, streamlining its logistics chain.
